   Francis L. O’Reilly Esq. founded the law firm in 1997.  He  treats everyone with respect and realizes that anyone can make mistakes  that sometimes results in criminal prosecution.  Being a highly  experienced trial lawyer in both Federal and State courts, his knowledge  is indispensable to individuals facing criminal prosecutions.  Frank  has a reputation for negotiating significantly reduced charges or having  the charges dismissed altogether.  He scrutinizes every detail of a  case and intensely challenges the prosecutor's version of the alleged  facts.  Additionally, Frank has extensive experience going to trial in  serious criminal matters in both Federal and State Criminal courts. This  trial experience is essential to the success of his clients, regardless  of whether or not the client actually proceeds to trial. Frank's  successful trial experience puts the prosecutors on notice that they are  in for a tough opponent who is not afraid to fight for his clients.

   Frank went to Quinnipiac Law  School where he was a member of the Law Review and he graduated with  honors.  Before attending law school he worked on Wall Street for a major investment bank.
